Tottenham's striker Harry Kane won the golden boot for the third time while playing against Leicester City in the last match of the 2020/21  season.

Tottenham had defeated Leicester by 4-2. Kane had won the boot by adding a goal in the match, making total 23 goals and leaving Liverpool's Mohammed Salah (22) behind with a goal in the season. Salah couldn't do any goal in the last match.

Kane had also assisted 14 goals in the season. He made a record as the first footballer of doing the highest number of assists in the modern Premier League format, which was started in 1993.

Earlier to this, Kane had won the first and second golden boots in 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons respectively.
