In the last 24 hours, 225 coronavirus infected people died in Nepal. Along with this, the death tally caused by corona infection has reached 4 thousand and 84.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 9 thousand 483 new possitive cases were appeared in the time period. The ministry said the number was found only out of 21 thousand 316 swab sample tests.  While adding the number, the tally of active cases has reached 97 thousand and 8.

Most of the infected people are in home isolation, as the number is 89 thousand 914. Only 7 thousand and 94 are staying in institutional isolations.

In the period, 3 thousand 927 new positive cases were detected in the Kathmandu valley. Among them, 2 thousand 788 in Kathmandu, 537 in Bhaktapur and 602 in Lalitpur were found positive.

Similarly, 5 thousand 225 infected people were recovered in the last 24 hours.
