The total active Covid-19 cases crossed 30 thousands in Nepal on Wednesday. With additional 4 thousand 774 cases in the last 24 hours, the number of active positive cases has reached 30 thousands 209.

In the time period, the Kathmandu valley saw 2047 new coronavirus positive cases with 1 thousand 464 in Kathmandu, 232 in Bhaktapur and 351 in Lalitpur.

In the last 24 hours, 773 were discharged.

In the mid of rapid increment of the Covid-19 pandemic, the government of Nepal has issued an order of Injunction for two weeks in the Kathmandu valley to come into practice from tomorrow, 16 Basakh, 2078.
