The senior leaders of CPN (UML), Madhav Kumar Nepal and Jhalanath Khanal faction, has made a different committee of 175 members, headed by Ashtha Laxmi Shakya, in the Bagmati province. The faction has also formed district committees and their incharge including the other office bearers.

Sabitra bhushal has been given the responsibility of the Kathmandu district incharge, whereas, Surendra Manandhar is the co-incharge. Similarly, other officials of the Kathmandu district committee are: Basanta Manandhar-the chairperson, Shobha Sapkota-vice chairperson, Kusum Karki-secretary, MP Shrestha- sub-secretary, and Jivanram Shrestha-the incharge for the Kathmandu metropolitan city.

In Lalitpur, Hari Krishna Thapa is designated as the incharge and the responsibility of the vice chairperson is handed over to Krishnaman Lama, whereas, Prem Maharjan-secretary, Tara Sanjel-  sub-secretary and Shrigopal Maharjan-the chsirperson of the Lalitpur Metropolitan City.

Som Prasad Mishra, Rajan KC and Anil Shrestha have got the posts of incharge, chirperson and secretary of the Bhaktapur district.

Likewise, Krishna Khanal and Tejendra Khadka are appointed as the Chitawan district incharge and the chairperson respectively.

In Makawanpur district, Birodh Khatiwada, Munu Sigdel, Badri Lamsal, Vishnu Dhakal and Mina Lama are given responsibilities of the incharge, chairperson, vice chairperson, secretary and the sub-secretary respectively.

Similarly, the district incharge of Ramechhap is Dev Shankar Poudel, whereas, Shanti Poudel and Gyan Kumar Shrestha are the chairperson and the secretary of the district.

In the same way, the faction has made Arun Nepal the incharge of the Sindhupalchok district, where other office bearers are designated as: Jhanka Nepal-chairperson, Indramaya Gurung-vice chairperson, Kamal Nepal-secretary and Surya Lama-sub-secretary.

Kamal Jung Rai has become the incharge of the Sindhuli district. Surya Pakhrin, Chitra Bahadur Lumeli and Taranidhi Pokhrel have been appointed as chairperson, vice chairperson and secretary respectively.

Rasuwa district incharge, chairperson and secretary are Madhav Aryal, Pemba Tamang and Shiva Lamichhane.

The district committee chairperson of the faction in Dhading is Shivaraj Kandel, and vice chairperson, secretary and assistant secretary are Indira Dhungana, Subas Khatiwada and Shambhu Thapa respectively.
